Any poultry or veal entrée that's slightly sweet and spicy will love this Viognier. Entirely unoaked so that only the fruit stars, it features powerful flavors of Asian pears, tangerines, green apples and honeysuckle, brightened with a squeeze of lime acidity. Although it will pair with a huge range of foods, General Tso's Chicken comes to mind as ideal.
