A unique rendition of the variety, this is smoky and charred to the max, with nothing else escaping from the bouquet. In the mouth, the acidity is ripping and tight, creating purity and elegance. Super smoky, toasty flavors of green apple and citrus fruits finish woody in flavor but chiseled in feel. Drink through 2017.
