This bottle has much of the history of Italian winemaking inside. You remember the hay-wrapped flasks at the local trattoria? This is a modern interpretation with simple aromas of cherry, wild berry and wet earth. It would pair beautifully with pizza or pasta thanks to the fresh acidity and lean mouthfeel.
