Aromas of tropical fruits, ham, candle wax and melon are odd and unusual. An oily, chunky palate features waxy, honeyed flavors of salami, fennel and quince. A waxy feeling finish with controlled bitterness and honeyed stone-fruit flavors wraps this up.
