Very light in aromas for two often-overpowering grapes, this delicately arranged bottling with patience shows rainy slate and pear-skin aromas. The minerally concrete character carries the sip, where yellow-apple skins and squeezed lemons make for a racy experience. It's a white wine for the cellar.
