Pepi 2001 Pinot Grigio (Willamette Valley)
Kommentar einer Weinprobe (englisch)
Aromas of snap peas and minerals come in front of grapefruit, apple and lemon flavors. This wine has both a stony, crisp core as well as a plump, chewy texture. The finish is at once tangy and lean, but also fairly driven. Not an easy wine to wrap your arms around and assess, but not bad either.
