This deftly made wine from a newly built winery in California's San Joaquin Valley balances pure fruit flavors, mildly spicy oak nuances, firm acidity and fine tannins. It has tasty black cherry and raspberrry flavors backed by good acidity and a mouthfeel that's velvety, and should make a great pairing with a variety of proteins.
