An excellent white-wine choice for any occasion, this bottling offers a complex nose, showing Gala apples, tart honeydew, nectarine, red apple, hay and an intriguing touch of celery. It's clean and tight on the palate, which offers a soft and yet grippy texture, and reveals flavors of Granny Smith apple and wild stonefruit.
