Pale lemon with green hints. Subtle nose showing more savory herbal aromas, fresh cut nettles and a spicy balsamic note. Opened up on the palate with lots of bright creamy lemon and grapefruit custard flavors, spice, flowers and a strong earthy minerality. Medium-bodied with a smooth, creamy texture and a long taut citrussy finish.
