Generous and fruity aromas of baked blackberry and blueberry syrup show on this blend of 48% Merlot, 45% Zinfandel, 4% Primitivo, 2% Petite Sirah and 1% Cabernet Sauvignon, along with an underlying rockiness. A nicely tight structure boosted by strong acidity presents flavors of blackberry and black-cherry skin.
