Soft and smooth, this is a ripe wine. This Alvarinho, planted east of Lisbon, is far south of its normal Vinho Verde region. The wine retains its rich character while adding more tropical fruit flavors. This tangy wine is lightly mineral in texture. It will be ready to drink from the end of 2016.
