The terse nature of Assyrtico finds a friend in oak when properly administered, as this wine exhibits. On the nose, citrus and mineral harmoniously mingle with spice and toast. On the palate, the wine retains its bright lemon and citrus flavors but is given extra body through the subtle oak. A lovely wine with a clean finish.
