Le Poesie is an elegant and subdued wine that is characterized by refined, but never exaggerated, aromas of dried apricot, honey, marzipan, peach cobbler and fine touches of dried sage and lemon zest. The acidity is impressive and really helps in washing the palate of the wine's delicious residual sugar.
