This lively white, made with the native grape Assyrtiko, starts with a big, citrusy nose, followed by more complex flavors of citrus, flowers and spice. Rich and warm, the wine still has an underbelly of dancing acidity that keeps it food friendly. An elegant wine with a lingering floral finish.
