Bright and fresh aromas of Key lime, cantaloupe, light honey and crushed chalk show on the nose of this rarely planted variety, which was bottled by star sommelier Diego Barbieri. It's very dry and tight on the sip, with apple and Asian-pear flavors upheld by a riverstone minerality.
