This saignée-style rosé is 100% Pinot Noir; a small percentage was fermented in neutral oak. Light and pretty, it offers tart raspberry fruit with a bit of pie cherry also. Generously acidic, it's an excellent meal-starter or accompaniment to light poultry dishes.
